MORE FAIRTRADE HOTEL ROOMS IN EUROPE!
After the launch of the first Fairtrade Hotel Room at the Dorint Hotel in Amsterdam (see our article World's First Fairtrade Hotel Floor from the 11.10.2010), several other European hotel establishment are following this trend and creating rooms that use Fairtrade products, especially cotton items such as Fairtrade bed linen or towels. Despite being new to Fairtrade, South African hotels are going to be soon involved in a campaign to promote Fairtrade within the local hospitality industry.
